2013 Goals

I’ve pulled this list from an earlier posting to help me keep track of this years goals as things get added or ticked off.  Thus far my list is;

  • Start weight training programme by end Jan – need to tone up some wobbly bits for photoshoot
  • As part of above, go to local (read: just across the road) Body Pump class
  • Complete couch to 5k  complete 13/1/13.
  • Do a 5k parkrun
  • Improve on parkrun time
  • Start NHS 5k+ programme completed 17/2/13
  • Try at least one new outdoor activity
  • Find (semi) educational night course or similar and enrol for Easter term
  • Declutter spare bedroom (must be able to see floor)
  • Get a cleaner!
  • Finish tidying garden – by end Feb
  • Arrange to see at least 1 old friend a month socially – ongoing
  • complete Janathon completed 31/1/13
  • complete Juneathon
