Juneathon Day 3 – Bend me shape me

Oh, if only I looked this co-ordinated!

After two days diving I’m a little achey and sore.  So, what do I do to cure this?  Pilates.

That may have been a bad idea.

I know this is meant to be strengthening my core so my knee can get fixed, but what if it breaks the rest of me along the way?!?  Having done various torture inspired exercises I can now barely raise my arms above shoulder level.

Owwwwwwwwww.  Oh well, this is all good prep for my gym induction tomorrow on the weights and resistance machines :-/

      I rejoined one I used to go to as they do a pilates class. As long as I go 5 times a month its cheaper than PAYG. I’m really going to hurt tomorrow 😦
